... among other places next spring.
Me and two friends are heading across the pond to cruise and tear California.

I would be really grateful if you people could post some suggestions on bars, stuff to see & do and especially music venues.

We're thinking about booking some rooms at the San Francisco International Hostel, mostly because the location seems pretty awesome, and, they've got a free beer- and booze policy for people staying there.

Am I allowed to ask questions regarding slightly non-legal matters, such as finding good tea in SF, or would that ban me?
Oh, shit. I just asked it.

Anyhow peeps, I'd appreciate anything you'll be able to contribute, either here or in a PM.

We'll be hitting Santa Cruz, Santa Barbara, LA, San Diego, TJ (possibly) and Vegas as well.

If anybody here lives in previous said locations, you're welcome to join for a pubcrawl or maybe some skating.

I live in Illinois, but I do know enough from my experience there to tell you to check out Amoeba Records.
