Noir at the Bar Staten Island At Flagship Brewery This Sunday

How do you feel about beer? And noir? And things that are awesome?

If you're into any of that, you ought to come out to Flagship Brewery this Sunday, July 12, for Staten Island's very first Noir at the Bar!

(Want to learn more about Noir at the Bar? Check out Keith Rawson's excellent oral history.)

Readers on Sunday include:

There will be books on sale by Barnes & Noble, and the event is co-hosted by my publisher, Polis Books

Flagship Brewery is located at 40 Minthorne St., a short walk (or one train stop) from the Staten Island Ferry. Festivities starts at 5:30 p.m. It's worth the trip. The readers are all awesome—and so is the beer. The APA is killer. Personally, I'm a fan of the Dark Mild.

Here's the RSVP page on Facebook, if you're into that kind of thing
