Oh, right, right. Not English, but Welsh. Tell it to the Queen, bub, because from where I'm sitting, you're as English as old dad's hat band, by Jove!

Well he might be Merlin. We don't know. All I know is every Welshman I've ever met  speaks unintelligible English.

Wales and England are different countries with different languages. Granted, Wales is bilingual.

I thought only 20% of Wales spoke Gaelic (or is it Welsh) at this point. Could have been wrong.

It's compulsory in our schools. At a guess, the 20% you refer to are probably the Walians who speak just Welsh. The rest of us speak both English and Welsh with varying proficiency.

Anyway, I just picked a story to review so I'ma read, eat sweets and suck on milkshake.

This is my two cents. I've been told that "Jennifer" means "white wave" in Welsh. I've Googled it a few times in my history of Googling. What say you?

Jennifer's a different version of the Welsh name Gwynhwyfar. Gwyn = white. Further than that I couldn't tell you.

Not really.  I think this group has come across in a strange way here.  I disapprove of them.  Hope you feel welcomed.  I promise most people here are very nice.  I'm not one of those.  But it doesn't matter.

WELCOME!

Everything I know about Cardiff, I learned from Doctor Who and Torchwood. Which, of course, means nothing at all relevant to reality.
