Interesting link. I ended up hiring a guy off of Elance to help with roughly 8 chapters of dialogue that take place over in Europe and UK by native speakers in the novel I'm in the process of wrapping up.

Even though they were speaking English, I found it nearly impossible to get all of the 'apple pie' (as he called it) out of the character's dialogue. Subtle things, such as referring to drapes or curtains as 'shades' were incorrect.
