No! Only toothbrushes get those.
I was really excited I was able to find that clip. I've looked for it before and come away empty. My best friend and I reference it all the time. We have coined the phrase "toothbrush moment".

I'm just so happy that I got to be the first comment after that picture. Spreading the joy of Surprise Steve Buscemi wasn't a goal, really--it just sort of happened--but...you know, I'm touched. I'm honored. Someday, Surprise Steve Buscemi will be " a thing " and no one will know where or when it started, but I will know "hey, I was a part of that. I was there when it all started."

I wish this site had an anonymous 'like' option for discussions. Then I'd be able to hand out my gratitude for entertainment.
Edit: I might start using the 'FLAG AS OFFENSIVE' option for this. Is that bad form?

Given that 90% of the material around here is probably offensive, I really don't know why that's there in the first place. "FLAG AS BORING" would probably get put to better use.

If you start doing an image search for "Steve Buscemi" Google suggests "Steve Buscemi dress". I ran across that a couple days ago, while looking for a good Steve Buscemi Surprise.
