@J.R. Which browser are you using? I think It's CTRL + F5 in IE and firefox. Not sure about Chrome.
When do prompts drop, and what's the protocol for due dates and the like? Do we have delayed turn-ins for the snake pit or what? This is going to be interesting as hell.
I.E. and I did it and it refreshed but still an old bracket. I guess I will try to reboot. this makes no sense. my machine is like 2 months old.

I'm a Mac, but the hubby is a Dell. He says to hold control then click the refresh icon. If that doesn't work, press F12, then clear your cache. Then close your brower window & reopen it.
Jonathan also click to make it bigger. You might not be seeing the names in the second slots if it's in tiny print. Just a suggestion.
