I used to go into this falafel place, and every time, the guy working there would make a HUGE deal that I came back, give me "my usual" and hook me up with a stack of outdated newspapers and tell me how happy he was that I was back. He did it every time I went there. Even the first. Which didn't even make sense. Pretty sure I was stuck in a time/space vacuum in which I'd always just existed there.
I'd go back to test it, but they're gone now.
