Ok, good, so it wasn't that I missed something so painfully obvious as names in the very first post. I was starting to wonder if I needed new glasses or something.

Well, that was an interesting week.
Thanks to everyone who voted for me. I honestly didn't expect so many votes, especially because Tom wrote a quirky story and Sean wrote a dark satire-based story (both of which I thouroughly enjoyed on my Monday morning) and I know you LR folks like a good mix of all that. I guess my story resonated with you, and that makes me happy becuase that's what I try to do.
Or maybe you just love Kate Middtleton. She sells magazines, so perhaps she just sold my story.
Special thanks to Tom for calling me out on being a chicken, and to Sean for keeping this battle alive and adding some dicey gore to it. Thanks to Jonathan for providing the amazing prompt!
Also, it's really awesome that nearly 30 people voted for this battle. You guys are rad.

I don't think I will with this one. It takes me forever to rack up workshop points, so when I get them I typically prefer to submit stories I'm super frustrated with.
That said, if there was anything in my story that stuck out to you that you feel compelled to tell me about, feel free to message me. :)

Congrats Becks!

Congrats Never-disappointing-Beka!
Congrats Beka!!!
For the record: I thought all these stories were really great! I may have to break out honeybadger again sometime way down the road.
Oh that honey badger freaked me out. I liked how different the stories were, and they were all good.
Are you guys going to workshop these now that it's over? I liked all three, but I'd love to dig into them more "officially".

Congrats Bek (sorry I'm a few days late) you're stories always entertain and amaze me.
I'll be back.
I will await your attack!
