Well, I had a strange thing going on - 2 accounts (1 normal, 1 fb) and couldn't sign into my "real" (non-fb) account. Finally decided to contact someone about it and **poof** I'm back. Been looking at the work out there and there's some really good stuff. I'm also writing somewhere else so I thought I'd at least pop back in and check it out here again.
Does it make sense to work with two writing groups? Or does that really confuse things.
Ok, off to continue browsing...
Kym
I had to check the tapes - but I DO remember you! We talked about fries in your first intro thread. Would you like to pick that back up?
Also, I say you should be in as many workshops as possible, if you like them. Welcome back.
Someone mentioned fries? :D
Hi and welcome, Kym!
I'm in two workshops, and it's not driving me insane (though that could be because I'm already there).
I just wanted to say that french fries leave me limp unless they're big juicy steak fries with lots of potatoey goodness.
The only fast food fries I enjoy are Chick-fil-et's waffle fries. And that's a bummer because I can't stand their politics, so they don't get my money.
As far as multiple workshops are concerned, I haven't hunted for others. I found Lit Reactor through Zite. Zite is an app for iPhone and probably Android. It rocks. If I could give it a big hug, I would. Sometimes I simply giggle when Zite gives me an article that is so quintessentially something that interests me.
Mike, their chicken biscuits tastes way better than all your tolerance.
Hi Dwayne.
I was confused by your post, so I checked out your biography for insight. A quote:
"I tend to upset people, but mostly I'm just saying what I think. I'm pretty laid back and thick skinned, so I tend to assume everyone else is. I'm not here to upset you, but I figure it'll happen."
I understand you better after reading that. I'm glad and fortunate you took the time to write it.
Best of luck in all your future writing endeavours!
Thanks. I'm just saying have the fries, it won't hurt gay rights.
