Well, they used to do arts in the Olympic summer games. There were a few different writing/literary categories, architecture, music, painting... sculpture, I think. They stopped doing it in the 50s because artists were determined to be professionals and the olympics are supposed to be about amateur acheivement. And they still do a Cultural Olympics kind of thing that accompany the games, but separate from them.
No, I'm not wild about it. There would need to be a good reason.
well, it would be seperate, but all they get really are bragging rights. who doesn't like bragging rights?
