I've seen a tweet from Scream magazine saying that they are looking for new reviewers. What is the format for composing a letter to say that you are interested in submitting material? Should you link to previous work?

Are you trying to get reviewed or to review other people's work?
If you want to submit work, I don't know. I have a bio, my writing, and synopsis.
If you want to review work, you should submit a resume with your experience, and references who can vouch for you. If you don't have any references or any experience, just let them know that you want to gain experience. Just don't expect money. Do your best, put in one to two years, them move on to another place. Build from the ground up.
