1. What is your idea of perfect happiness?

Ocean City, Maryland in the fall with family and friends and lots of golf

2. What is your greatest fear?

That I will live long enough to hear my grandchildren curse their elders as arrogant fools who left them a wasteland as a legacy.

3. What is the trait you most deplore in yourself?

I don't finish anything, my whole life is a trail of incomplete projects.

4. What is the trait you most deplore in others?

Arrogance, more specifically unsupported arrogance. It's not so bad if you actually know what your talking about. 


5. Which living person do you most admire?

The Dali Lama


6. What is your greatest extravagance?

Fireball

7. What is your current state of mind?

Not too bad all in all, winter isn't really my season.

8. What do you consider the most overrated virtue?

Don't know that real virtue is ever over rated. 

9. On what occasion do you lie?

When the truth can do no good.

10. What do you most dislike about your appearance?

I could lose a few pounds around the middle.

11. Which living person do you most despise?

Compassion

Compassion

Fore!

My wife, no kidding

The birth of my first son, it was overwhelming.

17. Which talent would you most like to have?

I give a testicle to able to play music

18. If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?

That's tricky, I could think of several things I might change but then I'd be somebody different. I'd like to be more disciplined or maybe focused is better, but I'm not, so I wouldn't be me and I don't want to be someone else.

I've grown, over time I've become a better human being than I ever had any right to expect.

20. If you were to die and come back as a person or a thing, what would it be?

I wouldn't mind being a whale or a dolphin, I like fish.

21. Where would you most like to live?

Space!

22. What is your most treasured possession?

Ah possessions. Do I posses them or do they posses me? How about my wedding ring!

23. What do you regard as the lowest depth of misery?

Loss of a loved one.

24. What is your favorite occupation?

Mechanic

I think too much

I value friends who remain my friends even after they find out who I really am.

Chesley Sullenberger

The endless depression of a cold grey winter and asparagus

I never learned to fly, but I haven't completely given up on the thought.

Quickly if I must, but I'll live forever if the opportunity presents itself in time.

Laws are for physics, rules are for grammer
