On a different note of whoring, the non-fictional side I mean. Today there was an IndieGoGo campaign formed revolving around me that will only last a week. For more information check it out here.
It really embarasses me to ask for anyone's help. That's why if you have me on any social networks or have monitored my activity around here, you will probably be surprised to find unlike most people and their problems I have been suffering in silence for the greater part of a year. Mostly I just didn't want anyone to see me bleeding, if you know what I mean.
I thought all the pieces had finally fallen together until today. Luckily, I have made great friends at Imperial Youth Review and they are creating an anthology strictly to help me called SALVATION BLACK.
Which is pretty cool, self-charity or not, to have a whole anthology dedicated to you by strangers.

Thanks, Michael! - And thanks for the donation. This is honestly just an appeal to sympathy from strangers, I don't expect people I know to help. In fact, it already has the shot I was hoping for, IndieGoGo will put things that collected funding in its first days on the front page so maybe I'll hit the mooching artist lottery or something.
January issue of Downer Magazine.
I've always liked the look of that site, need to get something new into them myself.
All the SYW stuff looks really good, too.
Thanks, Courtney! I kind of like this thread more than the others. It feels more productive to post here and more enticing to come up with something worth posting here.
Small whoring: Cutting Edge got back to me about my samples, synopsis and proposal this morning:
Thank you for your submission , I feel that it is an interesting idea . It is closely allied to near death experiences[involuntary] which have a life changing ,usually enhancing effect.
It is a book which if developed properly and with an “interesting” ending we could look at publishing. At this stage this is not a commitment but I would be happy to see more of it.
It's not much and definitely not a contract, but it's enough to drive me to the metaphorical finish line. Plus it definitely sounds like I may have just found it a very strong home in the future.
