My boyfriend and I recently launched a journal/press called Parable. It's about the human condition in every way. The only thing we don't want is sci-fi or fantasy; anything set in our universe that provides some sort of insight into the human condition is welcome.
We're unable to pay at the moment and had to settle for a Wordpress site because the money we expected to come in this week never showed, so it seems a little off-kilter, but we're working hard to correct all the issues.
Our website is parablepress.wordpress.com; we're currently accepting submissions for fiction, non-fiction, poetry, art, and mixed media pieces.
