Ladies and gentlemen, the time has come to increase our efforts in the war against the sun. We’re planning key tactical advances in the coming months. We’re looking to up the game over at Solarcide, and plans are afoot for some fantastic updates in the near future.
We’re only just getting started.
But we need you, my stalwart warriors, to stand with us in this war. We need elite shock-troopers to spearhead our assault against the forces of Sol. We reckon you just might fit the bill.
Here’s the deal. We want Facebook followers and email subscribers. More and more of them. If you are already signed up then you know that we love you, and instead all we ask is that you help spread the news. Because there’s plenty of love left to go round , people, we are hopeless romantics. To sweeten the deal we have a couple of fantastic prizes we will send to a couple of our militiamen. A little competition, if you will.
First we have a wonderful main prize. Caleb J Ross, author of Stranger Will and I Didn’t Mean To Be Kevin, and interview guest over here at Solarcide, has agreed to send out a signed copy of his recent novella, As A Machine And Parts, to one lucky subcriber. This typographically altered adventure is a fast-paced and fascinating read, a grand addition to any collection. We are grateful to Caleb for letting us offer this. It’s a great book, people, (and did I mention it’s signed!) and all you have to do to be in with a chance for winning is ‘like’ our Facebook page or sign up as an email subcriber. Pretty cool, right?

As a special bonus, we’ll be drawing a second winner to recieve a runner-up prize. Nathan Pettigrew, our resident bald man and interview ninja, recenty electrified a good portion of his book collection and is now looking to give away a bundle of print titles to one fortunate subscriber. The contents of the book bundle is a secret, but the guy has great taste in authors so you can rest assured it will be something exciting.
