1. Are you alive? Yiss. Exhausted, but alive.
2. Any November birthdays, anniversaries, or any date you think we should know about? Nah.
3. I know what I'm thankful for...but what do you have to be thankful for? Being in a stable place for once.
4. What's your favorite soup? I think it's called Amazon Bean Soup. It has butternut squash, spinach, beans, and tomatoes in it. I make it during the fall.
5. Tell me a joke. I sense some change in your life. [And then I give you change, like a nickel back.] Did you know that Nickelback is a band? Ha. The only jokes I know are R rated. And I'm too tired to send my mind there right now.
6. Who inspires you? People don't consciously inspire me. The enviornment does--like the clouds, the flowers, and the grass. But then again, I am a druid. ;)
7. Thanksgiving related thing you are looking forward to - if you don't celebrate that day...just tell me something you're looking forward to this month. I don't know. I didn't plan this very well. BLAH. Just spending time with my family
8. What is the longest you have slept at one time? I think it was just shy of 48 hours
9. Do you like your name? I'm starting to. Never did before the beginning of this year.
10. Really? 本当 だ よ。 (honto da yo = yes really!)

1. Are you alive?
Sometimes. Most days?
2. Any November birthdays, anniversaries, or any date you think we should know about?
I got married 5 years ago on the 4th, but we both forgot until the 7th (oops.)
3. I know what I'm thankful for...but what do you have to be thankful for?
Crohn's Disease, because without it, I'd have to either be paying for college or still be working at a super shitty place.
4. What's your favorite soup?
Chicken Tortilla (the cheesy kind) or "sausage stew" (I swear it's not a euphemism), it's a toss-up, really.
5. Tell me a joke.
Knock-knock. Who's there? Oh Grandma--why can you never remember me?!
6. Who inspires you?
Penguins. They're birds, they can't fly, but they are still awesome.
7. Thanksgiving related thing you are looking forward to - if you don't celebrate that day...just tell me something you're looking forward to this month. I don't know. I didn't plan this very well.
My husband's turkey! (once again, not a euphemism)
8. What is the longest you have slept at one time?
Twenty-two hours. I've done this several times, actually. Depression'll do that I suppose.
9. Do you like your name?
Nope. Unless you mean my handle. Then, yes.
10. Really?

1. Are you alive? Yes.
2. Any November birthdays, anniversaries, or any date you think we should know about? No. I'm too secretive for that. You cannot know about my life. Who said that? Although my best friend in primary school had his birthday on the 30th. So there's that.
3. I know what I'm thankful for...but what do you have to be thankful for? Sometimes I like to just be thankful for each breath I take. Each sunrise. Also, heating up cookie dough and drizzling it over icecream.
4. What's your favorite soup? I have a soft spot for pea and ham soup. Childhood nostalgia.
5. Tell me a joke. A skeleton walks into a bar and orders a drink. And a mop.
6. Who inspires you? So many people. Mathematicians, Scientists, Writers, Artists. I draw inspiration pretty much everywhere I look, like an inspiration parasite. You heard me.
7. Thanksgiving related thing you are looking forward to - if you don't celebrate that day...just tell me something you're looking forward to this month. I don't know. I didn't plan this very well. No thanksgiving for me, being Australian, but, here, November is like the slow inhalation before summer explodes. Always fun.
8. What is the longest you have slept at one time? I believe I slept 20 hours once, back when I was a student. And I was mega pissed when I woke up because all the shops were shut and I was starving.
9. Do you like your name? I don't like the long form of my name, but the short form, which is what everybody calls me, is good. And people are always telling me my last name is awesome.
10. Really? Really really.

1. Are you alive? - I probably shouldn't be.
2. Any November birthdays, anniversaries, or any date you think we should know about? - Nah. November is pretty lackluster for celebrations.
3. I know what I'm thankful for...but what do you have to be thankful for? - That in Canada, Thanksgiving occurs in October, and not so fucking close to Christmas.
4. What's your favorite soup? - Beef fucking barley.
5. Tell me a joke. - My joke-telling abilities don't work like that.
7. Thanksgiving related thing you are looking forward to - if you don't celebrate that day...just tell me something you're looking forward to this month. I don't know. I didn't plan this very well. - I WAS looking forward to stuffing. The turkey kind. Like boxed Stovetop stuffing. I mean, you can have it all year round but it's the stuffing that corresponds with the turkey dinner that kind of wraps everything up in a fantastic stuffing-bow.
8. What is the longest you have slept at one time? - I remember sleeping in until one in the afternoon once, although I don't remember when I fell asleep.
9. Do you like your name? - I do now.
10. Really? - I always hated my name growing up. Rebecca always seemed like "fat girl name" to me. Kind of shows how early on those media-inspired insecurities come on, but nevertheless, in high school I read Daphne du Maurier's Rebecca and I thought Rebecca's character was so badass, how she could her husband even after death. It was like name-reinvention.
