I KNOW IT ISN'T MARCH YET - shut up.  I wanted to do it today.

So, this is a chance for everyone who is alive to let us know about it.  Also a fun "get to know you" experience.  I thought this might be a little too cheesy for LitReactor, but then I realized that writers love to talk about themselves.  So it seemed fine.

This is simple.  Answer the following questions, thus letting us know you are alive.  Lurkers - this is fun for you too!  You can just answer the questions and then go back to lurking.  No awkward conversation - unless you want one.

Are you Alive?

What do you believe is the greatest unsolved mystery of all? The origin of consciousness

What is your first memory about reading? I tried writing my first story when I was three or so. I remember sitting down with a pencil and a piece of paper, and squiggling out several lines in what I thought writing was: the motion of scribbling on paper in horizontal lines. I even knew it went from left to right. But when I tried to read it, clearly I had done something wrong because it didn't mean anything to me. It was just some squiggly scribbles... it took me a couple tries before I realized that I couldn't read the story I had written, because I hadn't learned to read yet. So I went to go find an adult to read this story to me, so I could tell if it was good. But my parents were away, and my aunt was busy with my baby siblings and just sent me to play outside with my cousins, and being three or so, I promptly forgot about the whole thing in light of the possibility playing in some mud... To this day, I still don't know if that story was any good or not; I suspect I used too many adverbs.
