Hi there,

I signed up to litreactor last year and tried to do a class, but I failed dismally at it, thanks to a 15 hour a day job.

I quit that job and moved from Sydney, Australia to Toronto, Canada a couple of months ago. Since the move, I've done a horror writing class through litreactor, and submitted a story for the horror challenge.

I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone on the forums, and getting involved in the workshops this time 'round!

Jess

Hi and welcome!

My actual name is Jessica and when I was little my mother tried to make a rhyme up for me and it was "Jessica-messica fiddle dee dee".  I did not get my writing skills from her.

WELCOME!

@Jessica/Averydoll, is your mom Kilgore Trout?

@Mess_Jess, welcome to the club!  Again?  I was just recently accepted in and so far have no regrets.  The initial hazing was kind of rough, but I knew they all meant well.  At least, I think they did.  The doctors say I'll get over it soon enough.

I see you've been very active reviewing the Scare Us! stories, and that's A-OK in my book.  I hope you stick around this time, I like your story you posted and hope to be able to read more from you a.s.a.p.

Thanks for the welcome guys. I feel like I'm on a spacious version of twitter with all the @ symbols I've been seeing.

@Sean I'm enjoying reading everyone's stories, I'm so impressed that I'm yet to see a boring one. I'm doing edits and comments in the body of the documents (and I hope no one is taking it the wrong way, I am reiterating that style suggestions are just my preference), so it's taking me a bit longer than I thought and I'm only spitting out a couple a day!

@averydoll MessJess, JessMessy, MessyJessy - urgh, all Jessicas get theese I imagine! Could be worse. My sister is a Johanna. Her nick name was Jo Blow, much to my amusement as we got older.
