This is getting old, LitReactor. There's a problem with your code.

I do a review, give out the stars. Then they reply to my review. Then sometimes I reply to their reply but, this has happened at least twice to me, my reply is interpreted as another review and assigns 0 stars to the person's work!!! This has to stop. It's insulting to the author!

You should know that I am the kind of person who takes her unaddressed issues to social media. I have a decent size following on Twitter. I know that isn't nice but it's what I do when things aren't settled to my satisfaction.

If this had been the first time or if I hadn't contacted you before about this I'd be more polite. I'm getting annoyed.

Howdy,

I've got our techie people on it. It seems like something that was happening with less frequency up until very recently, and that made it difficult to know what was going on. In a weird way, I'm hoping that because it's happened a few times in the last few weeks, we'll find a solution.

Yes, it's very frustrating, and I know people in the workshop take their relationships there seriously, so we want to provide the best possible way to make sure everything is smooth.

In the meantime, and this goes for everyone, please message me personally when you have this come about. Tell me which story the review/comment was on and I can get in touch with the tech folks, and they can usually fix this manually as a band-aid until something is worked out long-term.

Also, if you have instances of this happening before that are still on-going, please message me about those as well so we can get them repaired.

It happened before with smithreynolds but I don't remember which story.

Thank you. :)

Cool. I might be able to track it down and find out. Can you give me a likely time range? That'll help me track it down more quickly.

Hey Ya'll,

Currently, these issues have been fixed manually. However, if you find that any weirdness is happening with your workshop posts, please message me as quickly as you can, and please explain what happened.

If you can, please be as detailed as possible. What did you click? Which browser are you using? Was there anything whatsoever unusual that you noticed?

All of this info is stuff I can pass on that will contribute to possible longterm solutions.

Thanks!
