Hey everyone,

Trying out my first ebook giveaway promotion. We all love loading up e-readers with free stuff, right?

Most of those who helped me out in the workshop have already had a copy, so now let's go public: for the next two weeks my debut sci-fi novel will be free on Smashwords and the ebook stores it distributes to.

Hi Dave,

If you want to drop me a royalty for this then here's two options:

-Buy the book when I put the price back up in a fortnight's time

-Buy it on Amazon where it's still the normal price at the moment.

Either way, no rush. I'm still in the trial and error stage with how much it's worth anyway.

Almost one week into the promotion and between Smashwords and the Amazon pricematch I've given away a combined total of 86 copies and counting. Be interested to see how many reviews this generates (one new one on Goodreads so far).

Just brought my copy off Amazon, I've got quite a bit of a back log on the reading front at the mo ( just started Jo Nesbo's the son) Will get into it as soon as poss.
