Greetings!

I have been writing for years. Lately, though, it hasn't been about the fiction. Lots of copywriting for corporate clients, developing content for websites, and some other rather dreadful assignments. I've written a short story collection (self published, yawn) and keep a few blogs on the side.

Realized the #1 thing I've been missing is the writing community. I've been wary of online discussion boards, but am willing to give it one more shot if it means I'll get writing again!

Looking forward to working with you all.

And I'm looking forward to someone whose screen name is awesomehotdogs to be a part of the community. Welcome.

What about your hotdogs makes them "awesome"

Welcome to LitReactor. Everyone else asks: what if; we ask why if.

Welcome! I'm coming from a similar place, being as my writing was pretty much ONLY corporate for quite some time.

Feels nice to actually share work you give a damn about with likeminded folks.

Best of luck!

Dwayne, I'm almost positive that is the first thing you've ever posted on this site that's not riddled with spelling and grammar errors and it's freaking me out.

@matt

It was a question about drugs.

Buck up, you didn't roll over into an alternate world.

@Porty- I seriously think this proves M-theory and I have somehow fallen off my Earth.

On this Earth, Dwayne uses correct grammar and spelling; Averydoll is nice and I have a Pulitzer.

Also, this.

Matt is on to something...a world where Avery is nice, a land in which Dwayne spells and uses grammar correctly, a dimension of Fport posting with fewer than a thousand words....we have entered

I love hot dogs.

Do with that data whatever you will.

Welcome, awesomehotdogs, to a place where insanity is celebrated, writing is (sometimes) fun, and people are always ready to take over your posts with arguments of their own.

That is the best description of LitReactor I've ever seen. Well done, leah_beth, as far as I'm concerned, you now win WAR2.
