Seasons Greetings!

It's that time of year again. And if you're like me, you need something to lighten the mood during the holidays. Or darken the mood, as it were.

Which is why, this December, we're reading Santa Steps Out by Robert Devereaux.

From the introduction:

You hold a dangerous book in your hands.
Looks normal and innocent, don't it? It's not. Santa Steps Out by Robert Devereaux is a dangerous book. A NASTY book. Publishers and editors refuse to look this book in the eye; marketing managers cringe; sales managers make elaborate signs to ward off evil. And—just you wait—reviewers will rage and sputter, citizens will protest and object. A lot of people are going to be offended...deeply. Some will even have read the book.

How about it? Join me this month in becoming one of the "some" who have read the book. I think you'll like it.

Get it!

Whatever resentments she harbored against the being who these days called himself God, she liked the way he made his creatures: with the tastiest part, the skeleton, on the inside.

You all are seriously missing out if you're not reading this right now.
