I'm starting a little column / project over at my new online 'ziney thing http://riotoir.com which I'm calling "CraigsLit."
The basic idea is really simple: Take a craigslist post, then write a short story / poem / haiku based on it.
Use a craigslist post (arguably each is a novella in its own right) as the jumping off point for an amazing story.

What I would give to put a boot on the throat or a bullet in the brain of the feckless pieces of shit who spam the internet. I'd have more fun than a grown man should.

definitely check out the personals section, the women seeking women gave me the most laughs, but they're all good places to go looking for humor.
