This weekend I started posting my dark YA fantasy-horror novel Madrigal to Wattpad. Has anyone else @ LitReactor tried posting work to Wattpad? What was your experience?

Also, if you want to read it, here it is:

I had a relatively good experience, I'll note that I seem to be having more like with my poetry than any of my novellas. I'm currently editing Voreth's Promise Saga, and you can find me as SarahWeaver6. Though poetry is the only thing I'm actively adding new stuff.

So that's 184 views (counting both poetry books) vs. 51 views (my YA novella.)

I go to an open mic and one of the regulars was talking about Wattpad and how much she liked it. And it was in the context of me asking about her work and she telling me where to find it. Dead easy to use.  Seems pretty solid.

I'm still not sure how exactly the algorithm works there, like some days I could post up a poem and get very little view. Other times I post a new poem, someone reads through them, and I get 23 likes. Gracy and Amber were kind enough to make covers. I really love them.

I just joined Wattpad recently but have yet to post anything or even dig into any stories on there. I'll look your book up Jeff!

I'm personally really enjoying Naked Minds. I'm one of those that really digs fiction that is weird, though not necessarily "weird fiction."

I'm starting up writing prose again, pacing myself at the moment with 124 to 700 word stories. And then later finding so way to tie them together with a shared subplot.
