I'm slowly working on my query letter as I write my novel. I'm hitting up the masses to get feed back on my hook. Let me know what you think.

“So a drug lord, a slacker and a baby break into a store.” sounds like the start of a good joke, but during a Zombie pandemic this situation becomes reality for slacker Seth Walsh who may end up becoming the punchline.

Well, I could be wrong...but I think you need a comma after the word 'Walsh'.  Or maybe a dash?
