Just read Page 246, Spunk & Bite by Arthur Plotnik:
Novelist Chuck Palahniuk's fans have crowned him a prince of edge for a style that is, according to one reviewer, "equal parts potent imagery, hihilistic coolspeak, and doped-out craziness." Plotnik goes on with a paragraph from Diary.
