LitReactor Week In Discussion: 6/11/12

Time for The Week in Discussion, in which we highlight some of the more interesting conversations going on in our forum! Thanks, as always, to Joshua Moyes, for assembling these.

If you haven't taken the dive into our forum yet, all it takes is a free account.

Self Promotion : Guys, I need a FABULOUS street team (WITH REWARDS AND STUFF!!!1) Phil Jourdan rallies a street team to promote his book, Praise of Motherhood. You could win things!!!

Hijacked Thread about Gender Issues that Originally Was Titled "I'm NOT going to sleep." A member posts about his insomnia, and the incendiary and divisive discussion eventually cools and turns to gender issues. That's how we roll.

Warmed and Bound. Another promotional thread, this one for Warmed and Bound: A Velvet Anthology, which includes (really amazing) work from a number of our members.

Rest in Peace Ray Bradbury. Lots of good, touching stuff here. Go add your thoughts.

Scene Theories: Setting, Characters, Action. Bryan Howie shares some of his copious study on the subject of scene and its importance in fiction.
