Lena Dunham to Write 4-part Archie Story

Lena Dunham, hipster it girl, creator of the HBO series Girls, and the author of the upcoming Not That Kind of Girl is going to add another title to her resume: comic book writer.
In an interview on CBR News, Archie Comics co-CEO Jon Goldwater announced that Dunham has penned a 4-part story set in the sunny streets of Riverdale, a far cry from Dunham's typical New York City confines.
Dunham's gig came about partially through her friend, current Archie Comics Chief Creative Officer Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, who knew Dunham was a fan of the books, and took the opportunity to try to bring the writer on board as a creator. Aguirre-Sacasa said "We sent her a box of tons of Archie books, she devoured them all, and maybe a week or two later came back with her pitch,"
While there's not much known about what the story will entail, Aguirrie-Sacasa said "It's really, really funny. It's incredibly contemporary. It's a classic Archie story, with a definitely unique, Lena spin, and it's going to be set in Archie continuity."
What do you guys think? Is this a good pairing?
