I'm working right now on locating a website that will host the tournament and maybe produce some unalterable file that I can post to facebook or something with a link in the main tournament page. That'll be part of my weekend work.
Brackets are not together yet. I'll contact our panel of judges to put together seeding this weekend. Also, we've got six slots yet to fill to have a straight-32 tourney. So if you know anybody you can coerce into participating, coerce away! I'll be doing some heavier recruiting over the next couple days as well.
