You know, I'm just spitballing this, but when I'm reading someone's submission I'm not also looking at the thread the story is posted on. I bet a lot of people also do that. I personally think the poem prompt should be in the story document beneath the title as we've been doing with the previous rounds so it's right there in front of us as we read the story.
Those are just my thoughts and you are the MC, so the decision is yours. Just wanted to get this in the open to make sure everything is as smooth as possible.

Now just to write the darn thing. Not got much time the next couple of days so I am seeing a late night bender or two at the weekend for me. Still, I'm a lot happier now I have a solid idea to be chewing over in the meantime.

Finally started writing my story. Feel a bit less anxious now. Have been so busy this week that I was getting a little worried. Trust the hectic stuff to fall on a writing week. Thankfully I will have time over the next two days to get it finished. Come Sunday evening I will be glad of the time difference for once. Means I can pulls a shift right through until the early hours if needs be.
All this writing to deadlines is killing me. Ha. I am not used to it. WAR is teaching me a whole lot. Good news though. I still think my story idea is pretty good. Haven't fallen out with it yet which is encouraging seeing as there isn't much time left.
You ain't getting away without a fight Mr Richard. By the way RT, is our little sweetener still on? I feel you. I'm getting the hang of it, though. It's nice how my writing and social time can be balanced, but it really takes a lot out of me. I feel more relaxed now that I'm back from my vacation than when I was on vacation. It's almost impossible to just "relax" when there's a deadline.
I do develop most of my story ideas away from the computer now, which is handy because after a couple hours the computer really takes a toll on my eyes. That said, if I'm not thinking about my story at all times I get really paranoid.
I feel pretty good about my story this round, but I'm still really nervous about what Danny might be bringing to the table. Ahhhh!
