i did read the discussion and it reminded me of the mystery of the boys bathroom in the fourth grade: could always here them gigling in there and making a shit ton of noise. waited after school till it was empty, reconned that hallway and then darted in to see what all the fuss was about it, rounded the corner and was hit by a wave of acrid smelling piss. so i stood in there, absorbing it all, and came to the conclusion that the boys must spend the bathroom break pissing at or on each other, no other rational conclusion for not hitting the urinals, it wasn't a special needs school...then again, maybe it was. :)

@aliensoul- live in florida, you'll have plenty of people to base those stories on- but as far as pedophiles go- i would rather read about one being hunted and drawn and quartered than some bullshit that paints them in a sympathetic light- they already have all the sympathy they need because pedophilia is still a taboo subject and ignored by law enforcement. come to florida and watch the pedophile parade and you won't be "lol"ing unless you are one yourself.

Rachel, it's very easy to miss the urinal. Perhaps you sneeze, thus juddering your aim. Perhaps you are distracted because you're thinking of how to dress an owl. Perhaps you're just giving your close friend a quick squirt as a kind of game.

You can also walk backward while urinating to test the strength of your stream. At five feet it only takes a very minor aberration to significantly alter your trajectory. And, once the pressure starts to fall, closing that created distance can get dicey.
