Our newest guest story goes live today! As hinted in last week’s announcement, this weeks guest author is the author of the novels Flashover and Major Inversions, Mr Gordon Highland.
Gordon’s new novel is getting all kinds of great hype at the moment and we are delighted to feature him with an awesome new story.
In the author’s own words, ‘Burgatory sees a life insurance salesman faces his own mortality as planes of the multiverse collide. One thing’s for sure, this is one of the most exciting stories we have ever featured.

Really, reeeellly liked this. So fucking well written.
"When Mom breathes, I can hear movement in her chest. She almost sounds like she's snoring, but if you listen really closely you can tell that something loose is flapping in the breeze of her breath."
"I want to do that right now. I want to cuddle up to my mom and feel safe. I want it so badly. The hospital bed is barely wide enough for the skeleton that is my mom now, so I sit beside the bed and rest my head near her back. She's not warm anymore."
