So I'm Kody. I found the site through Chuck Palahniuk's fan page and joined mostly so that I could read his craft essays. Now that I see what the site's all about, though, I'm excited about the workshop aspect.

Lately I've been slipping into a Palahniuk obsession, enabled by a friend who continues to lend me the books. Fight Club was my initiation, but I recently finished both Haunted and Choke, and I can't decide which I like more.

I'm young and still learning, fairly new to formal creative writing, stumbling around looking for my own voice and style.

I'm looking forward to meeting everyone and getting involved.

Hi Kody! I really loved Haunted, what a great collection of stories. I liked Choke a lot too but mostly for those last couple of pages & paragraphs.

There's a shitload of information round these parts between the craft essays, the classes, workshops & forums. Welcome home.
